How to Host Files on Google Code?

What is Google Code?
Google Code is a Platform for Web Developers, and also its a gift for bloggers from Google who haven't their own hosting. Professional Web Developers uploads their files on their hosting, same like that wordpress users if share any script they have to upload it on hosting first and after that they will add link to widget code etc. Many peoples use JavaScript on their widgets so that no one can copy their code, they linked their widget to JavaScript. Another profit is, if anyone removes the JavaScript line that shows their website, the widget will not work.
